Does teeth whitening cause sensitivity issues with my teeth?
Most of you won't have to worry about having this problem. But for the small percentage of people who will, we recommend you wear the bleaching trays for only 30 minutes per day versus the normal 1-3 hours. Also, instead of wearing them everyday, you may want to wear them every other day. The whitening process will take a little longer, but this should limit or stop the sensitivity issue.

In most cases, the sensitivity issue usually goes away within 30 minutes of removing your trays. For those of you getting the 1-hour whitening treatment from the dentists, it is very common for them to prescribe you pain medication because their whitening procedure is very painful for a lot of their patients.

Will this work on caps, dentures or partials?
No. Teeth whitening will only work on your natural/real teeth.

What is Carbamide Peroxide and how does it make my teeth white?
Carbamide Peroxide is commonly known as "teeth bleaching gel". It is the bleaching gel used by dentists to whiten your teeth. It comes in a variety of strengths, with 16% and 22% strengths being the most common. Be aware in purchasing your teeth systems, as some may offer up to 12 tubes (syringes) of bleaching gel, however these tubes contain only 1 ml of gel and it may be a weaker strength. It may be advisable to look at large 3 ml tubes that are 22% strength Carbamide Peroxide and do not contain fillers. These larger tubes may provide bleaching gel to whiten your teeth and even extra gel for touch-ups later. Our lab only carries the 22% Carbamide Peroxide Gel, which is a high-viscosity gel that is ideal for those who want extra whitening power for tough stains or faster whitening.

Are the custom trays the same trays used at the dentist office?
Yes! Our dental lab specializes in making teeth whitening trays, night guards and mouth guards. Dental offices around the world use dental labs like ours as a source for these appliances. By going direct through our lab, you eliminate dentist fees and save hundreds of dollars - and you get the exact same teeth whitening system they would sell to you.

What is the difference between your method and laser teeth whitening?
Neither one is better than the other. The only advantage laser whitening offer is the fact that your teeth will be whiter in 1 hour, where our system takes up to 10 days to get the same level of whiteness. Laser costs up to $600 and the bleaching tray method only cost $99. About 90% of all dentists in the US use the bleaching tray method. Many people have to purchase a teeth whitening system like ours to keep results from fading, or to restore after laser treatment.

How can I do it myself for only $99.00?
Basically, we'll send you some impression material so you can take an impression of your teeth. The material is a clay-type mold that you press your teeth into. After you take an impression of your teeth, you'll send this material back to our lab in the pre-paid postage envelope that comes with your system. Upon receiving it, our lab will make the custom-fitted teeth trays and immediately mail them back to you. Then you'll apply the 22% carbamide peroxide teeth bleaching gel inside the trays and place the trays over your teeth. You may wear the trays from 1 - 3 hours per day (or even overnight). Within 7-10 days, your teeth should lighten up to 10 shades.

Is the whitening process permanent?
Once you reach your desired whitening level, typically within 7-10 days, the whitening should last several years. Of course, by eating different foods and drinking coffees, beverages, wines, etc., your teeth will gradually darken over time. After your initial treatment, we'd recommend doing a touchup every 4-6 months.

How do I get free shipping for my order?
Free 3-way shipping applies to Pro-White Titanium kits, within the United States. This includes 2 Systems for 1 and the Family 4 Pack. All domestic kits will include a self-addressed, stamped envelope to return the impressions to the lab. The lab will return the custom teeth whitening trays upon completion.
International orders will have applicable rates applied to their order for shipping. The self-addressed envelope to return the impressions to the lab will be included with the system however it will not be prepaid. The lab will then return the custom teeth whitening trays free of charge to international customers.
